Debt Resolution Forum
The Debt Resolution Forum (DRF) is an independent body which promotes ethical and professional debt advice throughout the UK. They issue advice standards which enables organisations to be guided by their advice when providing debt advice.The Debt Resolution Forum is a collection of debt advice professionals who would like regulation to ensure debt advice is always honest, up to date and of the highest standard.
As such, the Debt Resolution Forum has created a recognised qualification which enables individuals to complete a course to provide debt advice. Debt Support Scotland follows the advice and practices of Debt Resolution Forum.
Debt Support Scotland advisers are qualified in the Debt Resolution Forum training and we also have advisers in-house who are qualified to train other people to become obtain this qualification.
